Indoor spaces are undercover and secured. Goods can be safely stored for future sales purposes at the location.
The available indoor spaces include the following dimensions:
7′ x 15′, 12′ x 15′, among other sizes.
The vendor fee is influenced by the dimensions of the space:
7′ x 15′, 12′ x 15′ ($616.70 per month)
The main area of the building includes electricity and will operate on the following days:
Wednesdays
Saturdays & Sundays.
From a food stall to a food truck, find a space suitable for your needs, and pay an affordable monthly rental.
The rental fee is determined by the dimensions of the space:
20’x 20’ ($2033.07 per month)
Equipped Food Trucks, including electricity availability, can be rented.
It is open:
- Friday
- Saturday & Sunday.
Requirements:
- To Successfully Operate a Food Truck, You will Need the Following:
- A sales tax certificate
- Completion of a truck inspection
- Restaurant License
- Occupational Certificate.
All outdoor areas are covered and secure. Goods for sale can be stored at the vendor’s location.

Your Rental Fee is Influenced by the Space Dimensions

Daily vendors can operate outdoors under the beautiful Texan sun and blue sky. Be sure to prepare for hot days with the appropriate shelter and hydration.
Rent Daily:
$20.00 on Saturday$50.00 or $60.00 on Sunday, depending on location.Hours: 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.
First vendors receive preference; however, all are welcome:
Reservations are $20.00 extra.
Space size of 20’x 20’out in the open.
Electricity is not available here.
You are responsible for creating comfortable shaded stalls. Bring and set up your own tables.
Payment
Rental agreements are paid monthly. Speak to us to set up a payment for automatic contractual renewal.
Remember!
All payments must be settled by the 1st to the 5th of each month.
We accept Cash, Checks, or Money Orders.
